Our Story
Founded in 2011, Momentum Construction started from humble beginnings as a small subcontractor to General Contract projects in Central and Northeastern Kentucky. In just a few short years, Momentum Construction has built a portfolio of experience to qualify for bonded public projects. In the past six years, Momentum has worked on many University, Healthcare, K-12, State of Kentucky, Banking, and Industrial projects.
In 2017, Momentum Construction founder Jason Walton brought Nathan Sorrell to the team as Vice President. Both Jason and Nathan agree that not one Momentum team member is more important than another. Together, our team completes building projects on time, on budget, with quality, and safely.
Our team is comprised of Project Managers and Superintendents that collectively possess a wide range of skills: Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Doors and Hardware, Interior Finishes, Sheetmetal and Roofing, Electrical, Mechanical, and more. Our team’s broad knowledge base allows for quick referrals within the team to troubleshoot any issues and get the project right the first time, efficiently and effectively.
